Uefid. of ~?:^~:•~ ati Feso€;{,~
Re: Rich Pit, Southwest
Ready-Mix, Inc.
File No. M85-218
We have just received a copy of the comments from the
State Engineer's office concerning our pit permit application.
Attached is a copy of a letter sent to the State Engineer's of-
fice concerning those comments.
As stated in our letter the State Engineer's office has
ignored our letters and well permit applications. The only ans-
wer to our inquiries has been in their memorandum to you. We
frankly do not know what they expect or want from us since they
refuse to answer our correspondence.
As stated in the letter we intend to meet the require-
ments of the law, but we need some assistance from them as to
what steps will fulfill those requirements. We have been told
what they won't accept, but not what they will accept. We be-
lieve we can resolve this issue and do not believe it should
jeopardize our permit application.
JTU:vm
Sincerely, n
` \~}
'~ _
ohn Ungefug, P.E.
Enclosure
