~~I ~~~I~~II~~I~~'I~ - ~ i~ SECTION 1.0 1990 Annual Reclamatioe Report Doc X2001 As specified by the revisions (1/3/90) to 2CCR 407-2, 2.04.13, page 74, Trapper Mine is submitting an Annual Reclamation Report for the previous calendar year (1990). Historically section 3.5.3 of Trapper's mining and reclamation permit required a recla- mation map be submitted to the CMLRD annually by March 15th. Prior to 1988 that map was entitled the "Postmine Contour Map." As requested the title was changed in 1988 to "Reclamation Map." That reclamation map was developed from aeria] photographs taken during the previous fall showing the pit advancements, recontoured spoil areas for the year and an historical account of the previously regraded areas. This year's report is formatted as specified by the 1990 revisions. The 1990 reclamation map is a composite of the aerial photographs taken in October, 1990, and the reclamation performed during 1990 for all areas under bond. The map(s) (1.0) show the location and number of acres for the acres disturbed, the acres backfilled and graded, the acres top- soiled and the acres revegetated during 1990. In addition, the location, number of acres and the planting dates for all previously revegetated acres are provided. . 1.1 Permittee Identification The permittee for this annual reclamation report is: Trapper Mining Inc. P.O. Box 187 Craig CO 81626 Permit No. (C-81-010) 1.2 Results The 1990 reclamation results are presented in Table 1.1 and map(s) 1.0. The various reclamation stages are addressed below in separate subsections. 1.2.1 Disturbed Acres (1990) In 1990, Trapper disturbed 254.2 acres resulting from topsoil salvage, haulage corridor construction, and topsoil stockpile construction and other miscellaneous activities as approved by the Division. • 1.2.2 Backtilled and Graded Acres (1990) Trapper backfilled and graded to final contour (AOC) approximately 101.6 acres in 1990. These acres were in Ashmore, Derringer and Colt pits.
