DMG has completed review of your response to the preliminary adequacy review of your application for a
112c pennit for the 20 Road Gravel Pit. The application cannot be approved until the following remaining
issues are adequately addressed. Please submit a response to the following issues as soon as possible, but
no later than May 4, 2006 so the decision due date set for May 10, 2006 can be met. If you cannot respond
by May 4, 2006, please submit a written request for extension of the decision date. If your response, or an
