Listed below are adequacy review comments for the Steel Rose Inc. application for the 110(2)
Limited Impact Operations application M-2006-031. The Division of Minerals and Geology
(Division) is required to make an approval or denial decision no later than June 8, 2006. Please
make your response to the following adequacy review concerns back to the Division as soon as
possible.
Note on maps: Please provide the following information on all maps submitted (with the
exception of the location map (Mineral Rule 6.2.1(2)).
(a) show name of Applicant;
(b) must be prepared and signed by a registered land surveyor, professional engineer, or
other qualified person;
(c) give date prepared;
(d) identify and outline the area that corresponds with the application;
(e), be prepared at a scale that is appropriate to clearly show all elements that are required
to be delineated by the Act and these Rules. The acceptable range of map scales shall not
be larger than 1 inch = 50 feet nor smaller than 1 inch = 660 feet;
(f) provide a map scale, appropriate legend, map title, date and a north arrow shall be
included;
(g), provide which exhibit the map goes with.
APPLICATION FORM
1. The proposed permit acreage needs to be determined and provided as part of the application.
The application form has the permitted acreage at 20 acres, this is incorrect, please provide the
correct acreage.
