Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Tmstee <br />Listed below are adequacy review comments for the Steel Rose Inc. application for the 110(2) <br />Limited Impact Operations application M-2006-031. The Division of Minerals and Geology <br />(Division) is required to make an approval or denial decision no later than June 8, 2006. Please <br />make your response to the following adequacy review concerns back to the Division as soon as <br />possible. <br />Note on maps: Please provide the following information on all maps submitted (with the <br />exception of the location map (Mineral Rule 6.2.1(2)). <br />(a) show name of Applicant; <br />(b) must be prepared and signed by a registered land surveyor, professional engineer, or <br />other qualified person; <br />(c) give date prepared; <br />(d) identify and outline the area that corresponds with the application; <br />(e), be prepared at a scale that is appropriate to clearly show all elements that are required <br />to be delineated by the Act and these Rules. The acceptable range of map scales shall not <br />be larger than 1 inch = 50 feet nor smaller than 1 inch = 660 feet; <br />(f) provide a map scale, appropriate legend, map title, date and a north arrow shall be <br />included; <br />(g), provide which exhibit the map goes with. <br />APPLICATION FORM <br />1.
