C. Woods Water System & Water Rights
Damages by Western Mobile-Northeni Division
Dear Al And Mr. Mount:
Thank you, AI, for coming to my place Monday, the 2bth. I appreciate
your efforts very much. I recognize your busy sehedule and your big territory.
Maybe the enclosed documents will help clarify why I do not have to
prove that the broken and dug-out water lines are mine. I already did that
once--in the court which gave us the Quiet Title Decree. That court order says
that we own it. Please review the Decree copy that I enclose.
The big money interests at Western Mobile may say that the pipe is not
ours. Don't grve that nonsense a second thought. Western Mobile did not
bother to show up in court and dispute our ownership claims. It was only 2~
we complained about their damage that they concocted the idea that the pipe
isn't ours. They really don't care whether they tore up the water system -they
act like they're above the law.
Enclosed is a second document which was the court decree granting the
water system a legal water right. Western Mobile may want you to ignore that
court order as well. They did!
My attorney, Gene Fischer, can advise you as to the legal sud'iciiency of
these two court orders. Please call him at (970) 482-4710 if you would like to
double check these court decrees.
