In response to your letter of September 8, 1983, we are
providing the following information to become a part of
the application.
Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan
We are adding Exhibit B-4, Phased Reclamation Map, to set
forth the general location for each phase of reseeding and
the approximate year such seeding will be done. If our
operation should accelerate we would expect to reseed even
sooner than the dates shown.
(2) 'the revegetation plan for the portion of the area plan-
ned for streets and building sites will be a continuation in
every way of the plan for the balance of Phase 3 should
said residential development not take place. Our first
estimate of reclamation costs are adjusted accordingly as
set forth in Exhibit L below.
(3) The irrigation practice described in this portion of the
reclamation plan will be limited only to the initial estab-
lishment of the seeded area.
(4) We will agree to substituting Alkali sacaton for Crested
wheatgrass. Our only concern is that the Rate/Ac PLS is too
high for a dry-land site, thus total costs are excessive. (eg)
