You may respond on a point-by-point basis in the <br />order given below. }. <br />Application Form \• <br />Enclosed is the application form you sent in. Please have the appropriate <br />official sign, and return. <br />Exhibit B - Mining Plan <br />1. What is the direction in which mining will progress? <br />2. What will be the approximate maximum depth to be mined? <br />3. Locate on your map (refer to the following exhibit C) <br />where topsoil will be stockpiled. <br />9. The soils descriptions you sent show typically 12"+ of good <br />topsoil in this area. Please salvage at least the upper 12". <br />5. Was the road included in the affected area (Rule 1.1)? <br />Is this to be a new road? What is the ultimate end use of <br />the road? <br />6. As a stabilization measure, plant the topsoil stockpile with <br />6 lbs./Acre Western whea tgrass PIS (pure live seed). <br />7. What is the anticipated life of the pit? <br />8. Will crushing occur? <br />9.
