Haul roads are considered part of the affected area and must be <br />reclaimed unless the landower wishes that it remain for his <br />use. Rip roads, and other compacted areas to a depth of at <br />least 6"'and plant according to Soil Conservation Service <br />recommendations. <br />2. Plant the seed mix early in spring as soon as the ground may <br />be worked. <br />3. When do you expect reclamation to commence? <br />4. The rest of the Soil Conservation Service plan looks good ~'~ <br />regarding seed bed preparation, seed mix, fertilizer, mulch, <br />etc. <br />5. Will topsoil be spread over old workings as well as the newly <br />disturbed areas?
