Please address <br />each item in detail for each of the permits as listed on the left side of <br />each question/comment. <br />Vd. Exhibit A - Legal Description <br />83-2 1. As required in the Rules and Regulations, a legal <br />description to the nearest quarter-quarter section must be <br />provided. <br />1~. Exhibit B - Mining Plan <br />83-1 The plan submitted for this exhibit is very inadequate <br />83-2 (somewhat better for 83-3, though).
