MANAGEMENT <br />Received <br />JUN 21 2000 <br />Divi~~~f anMner~~8~ep~Y <br />Upon review of your adequacy concerns with the submission of the 112c Permit Application for <br />Louisiana Land and Gravel Company, LLC's Angie Pit, we offer the following responses: <br />ADEQUACY REVIEW COMMENTS <br />EXHIBIT C -Pre-mining and Minine Plan Maps <br />Several perntatient man-made structures, located within 200 feet of the proposed permit <br />boundary, are not included on the Exhibit C Maps. Also, some of the stnictitres shown on <br />these maps do not have the owner indicated as required. Please include all structures, <br />located on or within 200 feet of the proposed permit boundary, on the permit maps. <br />I~tclitde the mm~e of their respective owners, and ensure they are adequately addressed in <br />Exhibit S. 771e description of a permanent man-made structure is defined in Rule 1.1 (48). <br />All permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the boundary lines drawn around <br />the land to be affected by the gravel operation aze shown, and identified by owner on <br />Exhibit C-I,Pre-Mining Plan. Owners of Record of adjacent lands are referenced to the <br />structure they own. Three joint owners of one ircigation ditch headgate structure which <br />falls outside the 200 foot boundary line are identified in Exhibit S. <br />2. If, in the course of ldentifvit:g all permanent man-made stntctttres ott or within 200 feet <br />Of the proposed permit boundary, and identifying all adjacent landowners, any new <br />owners are identified that have not been sent the public notice of this application as <br />required by nde 1.6.2, please send the required notice to these oirners and provide this <br />proof of notice. Tl:e Division wilt allow these owners nventy days, from the date they <br />receive the notice, to provide comment on dais application <br />
