We have not yet received a review <br />from the Colorado Division of Wildlife. As soon as <br />this review becomes available, it will be forwarded to <br />your attention. <br />b) All of the coal intended to be explored under this NOI <br />is federally owned. Cottonwood Land Company has filed <br />for a Federal Coal Exploration License. Rs soon as <br />this FCEL has been approved by the Bureau of Land <br />Management, approval documentation will be forwarded to <br />your attention. <br />c) As stated in the NOI, some of the surface in the <br />intended exploration area is federally owned. As soon <br />as the FCEL has been approved by the Bureau of Land <br />Management, approval documentation will be forwarded to <br />your attention. <br />d) As stated, the FCEL will give Cottonwood Land Company <br />the right to enter private lands for the purpose of <br />exploration. Cottonwood Land Company is however, in <br />the process of obtaining access agreements from all <br />parties. The attached summary letter from Tom <br />
