The operator has identified seven man made structures that will be within 200 fee[ of the <br />permit area. <br />a. Do any of these man made structures, other than the water supply line, and metal <br />building which houses the city of Cripple Creek's water treatment plant and the <br />telephone line belong to the operator? <br />b. Please demonstrate why your operation will not impact these structures that do <br />not belong to the operator during mining and if these structures will be impacted, <br />how would the operator compensate the owner's of these. structures. <br />EXHIBIT C -Mining Plan <br />I. Under Exhibit A the operator had stated that there may be some gold production that <br />would be incidental but no processing will take place at the site. <br />a. Is the operator planning to produce gold from the same ore that will be mined <br />during [he turquoise operation? <br />b. What kind of procedure will be used to produce the gold. Please give a brief <br />narrative. <br />The mining plan calls for mining to be at 55 degrees. However, during the field investigation it was <br />noted that the area south of your disturbance appeared to be mined at angles steeper than 55 degrees. <br />Is your operation not going to exceed 55 degrees? If it is going to exceed 55 degrees please provide a <br />pit wall stability to show that even at a steeper angle [he wall will remain stable. <br />
