The Latimer County Planning Commission on February 26, 1986 ecommended <br />conditional approval of the proposed use. <br />On March 24, 1986 in the County Board Hearing Room of the Latimer County <br />Courthouse, Fort Collins, Colorado, the Board of County Commissioners conducted a <br />public hearing on the Special Review. The Board of County Commissioners,~having heard <br />the testimony and evidence adduced at said hearing and having considered nd carefully <br />weighed the same, now makes the following findings: <br />1. The Special Review request for a rock quarry upon the prope~ty described <br />on Exhibit "A" was advertised in a local newspaper of general circulation <br />law, and all procedural requirements have been met. <br />2.
