It <br />is estimated that approximately 5 acres will be disturbed <br />the first year with an addition of approximately 22 to <br />3 acre sections as needed. I am anticipating that the <br />mining will be complete in 10 to 15 years. <br />As we discussed in our phone conversation, you felt the <br />information per rule 2-12(3)(A-D) was sufficiently pro- <br />vided in narative form. <br />4.
