If Beavers <br />Construction Company intends to assign the mineral material contract to another party, <br />the regulations at 43CFR 3602.24 (attached) must be followed. <br />The quantity of gravel authorized for production from the High Mesa Gravel Pit has been <br />increased by 50,000 tons. The contract expires in January 8, 2008. <br />Enclosed are additional production report forms.
