The mine shall remain the same, we arejust removing <br />more gravel. <br />We have purchased the land on which the gravel pit is located and our plan is <br />develop a 1,000 acre subdivision. The plan has already had tentative tract map approval <br />from Delta County. The gravel will mostly be used as road base within this subdivision <br />as we have 9.2 miles of roads to construct. Art Beaver still is handling all the removal <br />of gravel but we centralized the operation to Grand Junction. As such, he still has his <br />bond active and is involved with High Mesa G.iavel LLC. If anything is required to <br />transfer the contract with BLM to the majority owners, please forward the application to <br />us. <br />In addition, would you please forward a copy of the monthly production report <br />needed.
