This seed mix <br />encompassed the previously approved mixture, and adds six additional species. <br />It is the Division's understanding that up to 130 acres of the Seneca II Mine <br />site will be seeded with seed mix Number 1, as amended, this year. In <br />addition, 65 acres of the mine site will be seeded with Fourwing saltbush <br />(Artiplex canescens) and Common chokecherry (Prunus virginiana) to establish <br />'concentrated shrub planting areas". <br />The Division finds that the proposed seed mix is acceptable, and should be <br />incorporated into the permit document. <br />If you have questions or comments, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, ~~ <br />- ~ i <br />Steven G.
