The purpose of this meeting would be to discuss <br />what environmental baseline data, mine plan and reclamation <br />plan, data and proposals would be acceptable to the BLP!, <br />CMLR and OSM to a1].ow each agency to proceed on proposed <br />actions pending before them or to be submitted iri the near <br />future. <br />To give you some background on this mine, you should <br />know the following information: <br />1. DCC's Fruita Mine, which is an underground mine <br />on private land and coal, ~•ras permitted by Ci1i,R on June 26, <br />1979. <br />2. DCC is currently the owner of three Preference <br />Rights Lease Applications (PRLAs), Nos. C-0127832, C-0127833 <br />
