Although the distance hr_tween the <br />two phase conductors on the same side of the r.nnter pole is less than <br />desirable, we feel the problem is ininimize;l by locating the rro5s arm <br />5'6" below the ground conductor and top of the pole. (The approved <br />guidelines recommend a minimum separation of .13". See attached Fig- <br />ure 7 from the Raptor Pe search Fo~rndation publication.) <br />
