The <br />violation occurred when the toe of the fill for the road <br />rolled out onto an area where top soil had not been <br />effectively removed. We should point out at this time <br />that top soil was removed from the construction area, <br />however the road base as constructed was approximately <br />five feet wider than had been anticipated. <br />Coal Company. <br />We would like to submit for your review a schedule of <br />abatement of this violation which was followed by Northern <br />Thursday, July 31st, 1960 - <br />Notice of Violation <br />issued. All work on <br />haul road is halted. <br />Denver office notified <br />of Notice of Violation. <br />All work on haul road <br />ceases in order to <br />implement abatement <br />procedures. <br />
