Dent. o! i~'a,u:al P~so!~~ce~ <br />Coors Energy Company was issued Permit No. C-028-81 on November 3, <br />1981. Attached to the Permit is a Rider setting forth eighteen stipu- <br />lations and conditions which must be met by a specific date or before <br />some particular event. The following is Coors Energy Company's response <br />to the five stipulations that are to be addressed for resolution either <br />before December 31, 1981 or January 2, 1982. <br />Stipulation 6 <br />Within 60 days of permit issuance the applicant shall submit to MLRD and <br />the Colorado State Engineers office a more detailed breakdown of the <br />proposed uses of tributary water associated with the mine operation and <br />a detailed description of a mitigation plan for depletion to tributary <br />water that is acceptable to the State Engineers office. Mitigation may <br />include an augmentation plan or membership in an augmentation plan <br />approved by the State Engineers office. <br />This issue is addressed in the attached letter dated December 29, <br />1981 from Mr. Neil Jaquet, Manager, Water Resource Operations, Adolph <br />Coors Company, to Mined Land Reclamation Division. <br />December 29, 1981 <br />
