Sample No. 1 <br />was taken from the bench at McClane Canyon. <br />Stipulation #8 - Page 3-8 of the permit application has been <br />revised to more clearly emphasize the moisture retention <br />realized through the proposed approach to seedbed preparation. <br />Stipulation #14 - A stability anaysis is provided to show <br />that reclaimed slopes are sufficiently stable. <br />Permit No. C-020-81 <br />Stipulation #6 - A soil analysis is enclosed.
