Submit an annual report which includes the following:
a. A map which shows the present extent (indicate acreage) of
affected land within the permit area, and proposed extent of
surface disturbance for the next year.
b. Lands im~nediately adjacent to the existing permit unaffected
by the present operator, but previously disturbed by other
operators. Details are not important for this area, just
extent (indicate acreage) to show mined lands not related to
this permit.
c. Location of topsoil stockpiles. Topsoil stockpile volumes
should be compared with the actual total area of surface
disturbance within the permit area. Calculations should
verify the potential to reapply the volume of stockpiled
topsoil to the affected area (in acres) of land at the time
of reclamation to a depth of 6 to 12 inches, as stated in
your permit.
d. An update of your Mining and Reclamation Timetable.
Indicate on your map any areas (indicate acreage) as to the
type and extent where reclamation has occurred or mining has
been completed, to date, and for the forthcoming year.
423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203 Tel.
