Following, you will find responses [o <br />your questions posed in your letter dated February 19, 1998. The format is structured with your <br />question first with our response following in bullet format. <br />Application item #9 -Location information: The section number should read "14 U", denoting <br />its location within the Southern Ute Ihdian Reservation. <br />^ Please add the letter "U" to the section number. <br />Application Item #10 -Primary future land use: You have indicated two land uses. Since item <br /># 11 indicates "pastureland", I assume you intend to represent the future land of the amendment <br />area, rather than of the entire permit azea. <br />The primary future land use of both the amendment azea and permit area is pastureland and <br />reservoir storage. <br />Application Item #13 - On-site processing: You have indicated that there will be "No Change", <br />but there is some question regarding what presently exists in the file. <br />• The concrete plant is currently located on the southern portion of the property, outside of the <br />mining permit boundary azea. This azea is not included in past permits and is not included in <br />this permit because the plant services materials from other permitted mining operations in the <br />area.
