Please update BRL's intentions concerning the disposal of the run-of--mine (ROIL pile <br />material. Does BRL still consider disposal of the ROMmaterial on the east mine portal <br />bench ('!'R-39) a viable option or can TR-39 be withdrawn? <br />The Division has three additional guestions concerning the March 28, 2003 submittal. <br />In the fifth paragraph from the top on revised page 31 of Section 2.05, it is stated <br />that there are 6, ODO tons of ROMmaterial left in the stockpile.
