Does the stated amount ofROMthat remains include the coaly material that is <br />currently stored on the east end of the warehouse/shop bench? <br />BRL-This material is included in the calculation. <br />Once the Bowie No. 1 train loadout is transferred to the Bowie No. 2 Mine and it is <br />known that reclamation operations will cease for a period of more than 30 days... <br />No response necessary. <br />6. Please revise the reclamation plan in Section 2.05.4 of Volume 1 to add a discussion of <br />the current progress of reclamation at the west mine and at the east mine. <br />The Division has several questions regarding these pages: <br />On revised page 60b of the submittal dated January 23, 2003, it is stated that <br />there are 14, 000 cubic yards of coal waste remaining at the Timber Storage Area. <br />However, the value of 17, 000 cubic yards is used on revised page 31 and in the <br />cover letter. Please reconcile this difference. <br />In the submittal dated March 28, 2003, BRL stated that 17, 000 cubic yards is the <br />correct volume. Pages 31 and 60b of Section 2.05 were revised. However, please <br />refer to additional questions in item 4 above concerning these two revised pages. <br />BRL- Refer to our response to item 4 above. <br />2. On revised page 31 of Section 2.O.i.3 and revised page.... it is state that the <br />Highway Stockpile has been reclaimed.... <br />In the submittal dated March 28, 2003, BRL revised the text on pages 31 and 60b <br />of Section 2.05. However, the year that the temporary stabilization was <br />performed differs between the two pages. Please revise. <br />
