Inc. on their claims in the Crystal Peak District. The
mining permit for Crystaljack currently allows blasting.
Last season we hit impenetrable rock on our main dig site on the Smoky Hawk mine.
Despite using hydraulic hammers, we were unable to break through the rock capping two
underlying pegmatites. We propose using limited blasting at this site, and any future
similar sites, all currently covered under these permits, to remove this rock.
Attached are the revisions for the appropriate sections.
Secondly, to allow room for equipment, adequate storage of waste material and topsoil, I
am asking to increase the disturbance size on Site A and Site B of the Smoky Hawk
claim.
All operations plans will be updated with the Forest Service before any blasting can
proceed.
sincerely,
JOSEP RRIS fi"~ 2 Attch
Operator/Agent Glacier Peak, Crystaljack, and 1.
