They do not make a significant change to the
Reclamation Plan, but rather change the lake shore to be consis-
tent with the current ownership and allow leaving the valuable
buildings on the Brighton Road parcel.
The Denver Water Board purchased part of the site earlier
this year so there is a partial change in ownership. I have
shown the changes to the ownership on the revised Reclamation
Plan Map as an insert in the upper left corner. Suburban will
use the front 10 acre parcel after mining ends as a batch plant,
shop and office area. Denver Water Board may create a water
storage reservoir on their parcel. We have explained to them
that if they choose to do that an amendment may be required
depending on when they construct it in relation to our reclama-
tion completion.
TECHNICAL REVISION #1
We wish to leave the buildings and concrete batch plant
located on the front of the property. The office/house and the
4uonset shop were on the property as part of the agricultural
uses when we purchased the property in 1978. We suspect these
building have existed since the 1940's or earlier and are allowed
as a use by right in an Agriculture 3 zone district. The Con-
crete Batch Plant is allowed under our Special Use Permit and the
new shop building was allowed as a use by right. I have included
a excerpt from the Adams County Zoning Resolutions listing the
uses allowed in the zone district to show the shop buildings and
house are allowed on the site. I have also enclosed a copy of a
