The <br />following questions and responses are numbered the same as the adequacy review. <br />Rule 2.01 -Permits -General Requirements <br />Response(s): <br />1. Page 2.01-2 of the permit is revised to reflect current dates for permit expiration and <br />renewal. Revised page is attached hereto for review and insertion into the permit <br />application. <br />Rule 2.03.4 -Identification of Interests <br />Response(s): <br />2. Applicable current interests, company officers and address information is updated on <br />Pages 2.03-12 through 2.03-16. Revised pages are attached hereto for review and <br />insertion into the permit application. <br />3. The information on Page 2.03-17, regarding the Newlin Creek Mine permit is revised to <br />show that the permit was terminated following final bond release. Revised pages are <br />attached hereto for review and insertion into the permit application. <br />4. All surface mineral and surface ownership information is correct as shown in the permit <br />application. No revisions to the permit are necessary at this time. <br />
