File No. M-85-029 <br />Dear Mr. Goforth: <br />I have attached a copy of the Mined Land Reclamation Divisio~'s review <br />comments on the Alma Placer Amendment No. 1. As you can see, we had several <br />of the same concerns as the Division of Wildlife for this am Women;.. <br />On April 13, 1990 the Division met at the Alma Placer mine s to with Jim Jones <br />of the DOW, Terry IdcKee of the Army Corps of Engineers and r presentatives of <br />Reclamation Resources, Inc. (P,.R.I.I. At the conclusion of hat meeting, it <br />was evident that most items in your letter of comment and co tern have been <br />addressed by the Division in our letter of adequacy cansnents to the mininc <br />company or by commitments made by the mining company during e meetine. <br />Below I have listed your objections and concerns and what we feel are the <br />resolutions to most of them. <br />COMMENTS <br />1.
