(RR ) response <br />to the remaining adequacy concerns identified in the fined Land <br />Reclamation Division (MLRD) letter of May 31, 1990. Ite #1 of the <br />Order requires that RRI respond to the MLRDs adequacy 1 tters. We <br />are assuming that the letter of May 31, 1990 represents the sum of <br />unaddressed MLRD concerns. In addition, this corres ondence is <br />intended to reflect our final changes and additions to the permit <br />amendment, pursuant to item #1 of the pre-hearing orde . <br />To assist the public, RRI will restate the MLRD's Ma~ 31, 1990 <br />questions and concerns. <br />GENERAL <br />1. Craig Robbins appears on the list of adjacent landowners but <br />a return receipt was not included as proof t_}{iat he was <br />notified. Please provide proof of notification. <br />A copy of the notice was mailed to Craig Robbins on Marc 13, 1990. <br />The notice was mailed to the last address known to the ark County <br />Clerk and Recorder. We have attached a copy of the receipt we <br />retained at time of mailing. In an attempt to determin the final <br />disposition of the notice we have submitted forms t the U.S. <br />Postal Service to track the certified letter. <br />®~ <br />LAW OFFICES OF J.
