The Division has <br />additional adequacy concerns based on your initial response to our comments. These adequacy <br />concerns were discussed with you and your staff in a recent meeting at the Seneca Mine office on <br />April 22, 2004. Per our discussions, the Division has the following adequacy comments <br />regarding TR-25. The following comments correspond to the original numbered paragraphs <br />contained in our adequacy letter dated December 30, 2003. The majority of the Division's <br />additional adequacy comments are included under Comment 1 below. <br />Comment 1. <br />On page 12-2-3 of Attachment 12-2, SCC indicates that Tab 12 contains the discussion for the <br />variance request. The request for a variance from contemporaneous reclamation requirements is <br />actually in Tab 19. Please change the text on page 12-2-3 to indicate reference to Tab 19 as <br />opposed to Tab 12. <br />Page 5 of Tab 19 contains a reference to the Valora Pit and Yoast West Extension areas. These <br />references should be identified and marked on appropriate maps including Exhibits 19-1A and <br />Exhibit 12-1 sheet 2 of 2. <br />Page 8 of Tab 19 has an incorrect reference to Exhibit 19-1. This exhibit no longer exists. <br />Exhibit 19-1 has been replaced by Exhibit 19-1A. Exhibit 19-]A was last revised for TR-23 in <br />2003. Page 8 of Tab 19 also contains reference to Exhibit 19-I B.
