Textual <br />changes are noted on the errata sheet and updated pages are included in this submittal. <br />The notes that were added to the TR-35 submittal's revised pages refer to Technical <br />Revision No. 20 for the Bowie No. 2 Mine, please change the reference to Technical <br />Revision No. 19. <br />BRL- the references to Revision 20 have been changed to Revision 14 on pages 4, 22, 23, <br />2S, 40, and 41. <br />2. Please remove those exhibits or portions of exhibits from the Bowie No. 1 Mine permit <br />application that pertain only to the train Loadout area and transfer them to the Bowie No. <br />2 Mine permit application. One example would be hydrology designs, found in Volume 8 <br />and 8A, that pertain to structures at the train Loadout. Include any engineer <br />certifications as well. Other examples would be the AVF study of the Loadout area, found <br />in AVF Appendix in Volume 4 and any discussion and data for the high volume <br />particulate sampling station, found in Volume 9. <br />BRL- These exhibits have been removed or transferred according to the attached errata <br />sheet. <br />3. Please remove any maps from the Bowie No. 1 Mine permit application that pertain to <br />the train Loadout area and transfer them to the Bowie No. 2 Mine permit application. <br />
