Your existine bond amount is
$2,000.00. This current reclamation cost estimate amounts to $32,303.00, which indicates an increase of
$7,303.00 in the required bond. This permit amendment involves including land that has been permitted under 110
permit no. M-1991-096, which currently has a bond of $2,000.00. That $2,000.00 will be released after the full
bond for the amended permit is received from you. The "net bond increase" (accounting for the total of the two
existing bonds)istherefore $5,303.00.
Please review dte figures in the enclosed reclamation cost estimate packet. The packet consists of a one-page
summary sheet followed by detailed reclamation task sheets and equipment production sheets. The figures are
based on your newly-approved plan.
Please review this information and contact me prom 3~tly if you notice anv errors Responses from you concernin¢
modification of any estimated reclamation cost, should be in writingplease be aware that there is a statuted
60-day timeframe for providin¢ the bond increase By statute, I cannot extend this period, but revision to this
estimate may be made.
For all Questions or responses concerning these fietlres, please contact me at the Division's Durango field office:
70l Camino del Rio, Room 125, Durango, CO 81301; tel 970/247-5193 or far 970/247-5104.
