Since this <br />document had previously been approved by the Division, NCIG <br />had thought it to be complete. We apologize for the omission <br />of the legend. <br />As requested by the Division, an "as constructed" <br />document, showing the final contours of the reclaimed site, <br />surveyed by a licensed surveyor, will be submitted with the <br />Stage I Bond Release documents. The survey has been <br />scheduled, weather permitting, for the week of December 26, <br />1994. <br />2b) A certified drawing of the portal #1 drainage <br />structure, which had originally been shown in Figure 4.7-3, is <br />included in Exhibit 4.7-1, submitted by Mr. Rovey (see <br />discussion to point 11 a-c, below). This made the drawings in <br />Figure 4.7-3 a duplication. Therefore, Figure 4.7-3 now shows <br />the location of the roads, which were left in place as well as <br />those, which were reclaimed and revegetated (see discussion to <br />point 20c, below). This figure has been properly certified <br />and three copies are included herewith. <br />2c) Figure 4,7-1 now includes the location of the two <br />sediment control berms for SAE 2.
