Our questions or comments are as follows: <br />General Comments <br />1. Four figures were submitted but only one, Figure 16C, is <br />labeled. Please re-submit the other three figures with the <br />proper identification. <br />2. On the figure titled Dewatering Site Grading Plan, it is not <br />necessary to label all items as "proposed". Materials should <br />be submitted assuming approval unless otherwise indicated by <br />the Division. <br />3. On page 2.05-13(c)(6b) no section is given for the legal <br />description for the ventilation shafts. <br />4. As previously discussed, figure dividers should also be <br />included in the application packet when new figures are <br />submitted. This allows for orderly and accurate insertion into <br />the permits (public and specialist copies) following approval. <br />Rule 2.04.3 <br />1. For those areas to be disturbed by facilities, please submit <br />the information required by Rule 2.04.3(2) in its entirety. <br /> <br />
