Long <br />Division Director <br />Review of the conversion ;application submitted by San Miguel County on <br />August 3, 1992 has identified the following list if items that must be <br />addressed before the app lication can be considered adequate to meet the <br />requirements of the Mined Land Reclamation Act. I have included parenthetical <br />references to the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board upon which each item is based. <br />Please indicate the general pattern of land use in the locality. <br />(Rule 2.1.1(16)). <br />2. Please submit proof of publication of the notice described in <br />Rule 2.2.2(3) ~.ahen such proof becomes available. <br />3. Moos, with the exception of the index map, must conform to the following <br />criteria (Rule 2.1.Z(1)): <br />a. Show name of applicant; <br />b. Must be prepared and signed by a registered land surveyor, <br />professional engineer, or other qualified person; <br />c. Give date prepared; <br />d. Identify and outline the area which corresponds with the <br />application; <br />e. Be made to scale not larger than 1" 100' and not smaller than <br />1" 660', which shall be noted on each map; and <br />f. Must have a title and legend (explanation) indicating the items <br />delineated on that particular map. <br />Some of the maps submitted did not <br />maps submitted only delineated the <br />application.
