Review of the conversion ;application submitted by San Miguel County on
August 3, 1992 has identified the following list if items that must be
addressed before the app lication can be considered adequate to meet the
requirements of the Mined Land Reclamation Act. I have included parenthetical
references to the Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation
Board upon which each item is based.
Please indicate the general pattern of land use in the locality.
(Rule 2.1.1(16)).
2. Please submit proof of publication of the notice described in
Rule 2.2.2(3) ~.ahen such proof becomes available.
3. Moos, with the exception of the index map, must conform to the following
criteria (Rule 2.1.Z(1)):
a. Show name of applicant;
b. Must be prepared and signed by a registered land surveyor,
professional engineer, or other qualified person;
c. Give date prepared;
d. Identify and outline the area which corresponds with the
application;
e. Be made to scale not larger than 1" 100' and not smaller than
1" 660', which shall be noted on each map; and
f. Must have a title and legend (explanation) indicating the items
delineated on that particular map.
