Enclosed in the SO application were documents to <br />revise the mine plan and mine plan map and the reclamation plan and reclamation plan map. This information cannot <br />be submitted with the Succession of Operators application. The changes to the approved permit must be submitted <br />separately either as a Technical Revision ("I'R") or an Amendment to the approved Permit application along with the <br />appropriate fee ($188.00 for a TR and $719.00 for an Amendment Application. The Division is returning two copies <br />of the information submitted. You may resubmit this information as a Technical Revision along with the $188.00 fee <br />and the Division will then determine if the information is a TR or if it should be submitted as an Amendment <br />Application.
