EXHIBTT C STfE DESCRIPTION <br />The site where th9excavation of soil is baron ground. There is no agricultural use on This land as <br />it is primarily weedy. <br />The analyzed weeds are Bromus Tectonun "Cheat Grass", or Crowney Brome: Russian Thistle, <br />and Rabbit Brush-Chrysothamnus-Nanseosus. These are the weeds that are located at the site <br />location <br />Enclosed is a copy of the latest soil sample taken of the area. Anew soil sample is being sent to <br />Colorado State University through the Tri-River Extension Office in Montrose, Colorado. The <br />current soil sample being sent to Colorado State University is taken at a depth of approximately <br />ten feet. This will determine at a lower depth the quality of the soil. Depending on the soil test <br />result, amendments can be added if needed. <br />There is a power pole on the south end of the property with high line wires going from east to <br />west over the property. There is also a l6 X 20 tool shed at the north edge of the property. There <br />are no houses, below ground utilities, irrigation ditches, maintained public roads, bridges, wells, <br />pipelines, water storage impoundments, railroad tracks, cemeteries, or communication antennas <br />located on the property. There is a fence on the west side and the north side of the property. <br />Those fences are owned by the property owner Robert Goode. There are no streams, springs, <br />lakes, stock water ponds, ditches, reservoirs and acquifers which would receive drainage directly <br />from the affected area. <br />
