Lnng Division Dneaor The following review comments are provided in response to the Mountain Coal Company letter of March 7, 1997. 2.04.11 Fish and Wildlife Resource Information 15. Response accepted. 16. Response accepted. The report will be forwarded to the U.S. Fish and wildlife Service for their review immediately upon receipt of the information required in number 17 below. 17. Provide a revised Exhibit 67 specifically referencing the new activities associated with the Sylvester Gulch expansion, and which provides the details discussed below. The details are necessary for presentation to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. This exhibit should be similarly revised with any future revision submittals for which U.S Fish and Wildlife consultation is required. Revise Exhibit 67 to show the surface acreage of each pond at the elevation of the primary spillway. It will also be necessary to add language which addresses the probable increased water needs associated with site construction, such as any increase in potable water requirements for the additional crews, and the probable increase in water consumption for dust suppression and other construction needs. The references to data from previous Annual Hydrology Reports should also be updated as needed.
