Box 70 <br />Loma, Colorado 81524-0070 <br />RE: Munger Canyon Mine (C-81-020); Transfer of Permit Rights <br />Dear Mr. Walters: <br />Pursuant to Rule 2.08.6(6) of the Regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, this letter is to notify <br />Grand Valley Coal Company of the Division's decision to <br />conditionally approve Grand Valley Coal's request to transfer <br />permit rights for the Munger Canyon Mine. Enclosed are copies of <br />the signed Request for Transfer of Coal Permit and Succession of <br />Operator, the Division's Findings in regard to the request, and the <br />approval notice for your files. <br />As we discussed in our telephone conversation the Division needs to <br />be provided with documentation of the satisfactory resolution of <br />all five of the appeals brought before the Office of Surface Mining <br />by Adobe Mining. <br />If any further questions arise,. please call me. <br />Sincerely, <br />.~ <br />J net ..
