MANAGEMENT <br />On behalf of Bowie Resources Limited, (BRL), the following information regarding TR-18 <br />is provided. <br />Project Description <br />The approved mine plan, revised through technical revision no. 16, provides for longwall <br />mining in the D1, D2 and D3 panels but only in private coal. The right to enter the Federal <br />Coal is provided by BRL's Federal Coal Lease COC-61209. This technical revision <br />application will allow longwall mining in private and Federal coal at the west end of the D2 <br />panel and at the western edge of BRL's fee coal property in the D3 panel.
