Exceedance of Primary Drinking Water Standards
(PDWS) for fecal coliform was observed in four out of the seven sample locations and six out of the seven
sample locations exceeded the PDWS for Nitrate. CRMW-1 was measured to also exceed the PDWS for
Beryllium. Secondary Drinking Water Standards were exceeded for Total Iron and Total Dissolved Solids
(TDS) in all seven sample locations. Refer to Table 1 A for the summary of the laboratory analysis results.
The November sampling event included all of the on-site monitoring welts including (CRMW) 1 through 7, 9,
16, 41, and 42. Offsite monitoring well CRMW-40 was also sampled, however, the surface completion of
CRMW-39 had been removed and was therefore not available for sampling. Each well was sampled and
tested for the Standard and Ddnking Water Quality Parameters described in the GWSAP. Monitoring Wells
1, 4, 6 and 41 were also analyzed for the Extended Parameters as described in the approved GWSAP.
PDWS for Nitrate was exceeded in ten of the twelve sample locations. Secondary Drinking Water
Standards were exceeded for Total Iron and TDS in all twelve sample locations and for sulfate in two out of
the twelve locations. Refer to Table 2A for the summary of the laboratory analysis results.
The December sampling event included monitoring wells (CRMW)1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 40 and 41. Each well was
sampled and tested for the Standard and Drinking Water Quality Parameters described in the GWSAP.
Monitoring Wells 1, 4, 6 and 41 were also analyzed forthe Extended Parameters as described in the
approved GWSAP. PDWS for Nitrate was exceeded in all of the seven sample locations and two of the
seven contained fecal coliform levels at or above the detection limit. Secondary Drinking Water Standards
were exceeded for Total Iron and TDS in all seven sample locations. Refer to Table 3A for the summary of
the laboratory analysis results.
~;
451 OAK STREET, SUITE 2O9 ~ P.O. BOX 68^ ~ FREDERICK, CO 60530 ~ (303) 83
AX
