As you know, whenever the Federal Government <br />is named on the bond, as is the case with the Ohio Creek No. 2 <br />Mine, OSM is obligated to review the final reclamation plan to <br />ensure that all tasks specified in the permit will be performed. <br />Although I identified no significant deviations to the permit <br />reclamation plan during my March 6, 1996 review that I conducted at <br />your office, I would appreciate answers to the attached questions <br />so that I can conclude the State's final reclamation plan is <br />consistent with the tasks described in the permit.
