Lemm <br />Governor <br />February 14, 1984 <br />Mr. Al Martino <br />Pueblo Paving, Inc. <br />728 West 9th Street <br />Pueblo, Colorado 81003 <br />RE: Pueblo Paving, Inc. - File Nos. 80-233 and 80-246, Notice of <br />Possible Violations for Failure to Maintain Financial Warranties <br />Dear Mr. Martino: <br />Pursuant to the authority granted pursuant to C.R.S. 34-32-124(1), it has <br />been determined that the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board has <br />reason to believe that certain provisions of permit Nos. 30-233 and <br />80-246, issued to your company, have been violated. <br />The provisions alleged to have been violated are, for permit No. 80-246: <br />1) Recital C, paragraph 1, beginning at the bottom of page 1 and <br />Recital C, paragraph 3 on page 2, of permit No. 80-246 issued to <br />your company on February 28, 1981; <br />2) Under the section labelled "GRANT, CONDITIONS AND AGREEMENTS," <br />condition and agreement number 1 on page 3 of permit No. 80-246 <br />issued to your company on February 28, 1QR1. <br />The provisions alleged to have been violated are, for permit No. 80-233: <br />1) Those conditions, recitals and agreements which state that the <br />proposed mining and reclamation operations can be carried out in <br />conformance with the requirements of the Act (the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Act, C.R.S. 34-32-101 et se .) and that the operator agrees to be <br />bound by all applicable requirements of the Act and all applicable <br />rules and regulations of the Board, as amended from time to time. <br />423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203 Tel.
