Mr. Banta has reouested ] respond <br />to you. Attached is a copy of the correspondence sent us by the laws firth <br />representing four of the five lenders for Cedar Heights Subdivision. They <br />have hired a consultant to review the HR-6 proposals. They will then provide <br />Castle Concrete Co. with their position. <br />Once the Division knows the position of all parties, we may be able to get the <br />problem sot ved. <br />However, it does appear that it will take additional time to find a solution <br />which is acceptable to the Cedar Heights Lenders. 1n the meantime, the <br />Division expects Castle Concrete to mitigate any further damage associated <br />with the HR-6 culvert issue. <br />Moreover the Division may recommend enforcement action if the ooera~:or is slow <br />to act in getting the HR-6 problem fixed and there is evidence of o•`f-site <br />damage. <br />Sincere]y, <br />H.
