Shomaker, Inc. from consideration.
Shomaker, Inc. proposed to use Jim Tolisano & Associates as a subcontractor to
perform the sampling. Tolisano had proposed t0 use Janes W. Sharman ais their
primary field personnel. Mr. Sharman's qualifications and e:<perience are
concentrated in forestry. In addition, discussions at the site Burin the
field v+sit hosted by BMRI on July 22, 1992, lead me to believe that ~r.
Sharman did not understand the specific nature of the task.
