The amendment is for the addition of 74 acres to the presently <br />permitted 9.64 acres. <br />The Division has been asked to identify the issues raised by objections filed with the Office and, in <br />accordance with Rule 1.4.5(4), (5) and (6), will do so in this revised recommendation letter. <br />Final consideration of the amendment application is scheduled for a hearing before the Mined band <br />Reclamation Board at its September 26, 1996 Meeting. The meeting will be held in Leadville at the <br />National Mining Hall of Fame -Convention Center, 120 West 9th Street. The meeting will start at <br />9:00 a.m., and this matter will be heard as soon thereafter as the Agenda allows. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Division recommends that the application be approved by the Board with the following <br />Stipulations: <br />Stipulation No. 1 <br />All available topsoil will be salvaged and used in reclamation. <br />Stipulation No. 2 <br />A new Mining Plan Map will be submitted prior to September 26, 1996, showing [he location of the <br />subsoil stockpile [o be used in Phase V reclamation. <br />
