Introduction
MINREC, Inc. submitted an application for a minor revision (MR) to Permit C-84-065 to add
vegetation sampling (Appendix 3.6-5 Phase II Bond Release - Revegetation Success Sampling)
to the PAP. The Application was dated 03/12/01, submitted under a MINREC, Inc. letter dated
March 12, 2001, and received at the Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) on March l4,
2001. A review for completeness and a proposed decision was promulgated on March 23, 2001.
A public notice of the proposed decision was posted on March 26, 2001, and taken down on
April 9, 2001. There were no responses to the notice. A closure letter of April ]0, 2001 was sent
to the applicant.
