Because of time constraints set by the permit renewal, the <br />subject of land owner notification, will be stipulated. The <br />Division will further review your comments so that we may resolve <br />this issue by the end of July. <br />7. Page 63, which was updated to include figure 2.04.7(2)(b)-4, <br />will be incorporated into the permit. <br />9. Because of time constraints set by the permit renewal, the <br />subject of upper diversion ditches at the waste pile, will be <br />stipulated. Minrec should provide a demonstration, in the form of <br />a revision, as discussed in the Division's letter of June 2, 1993. <br />Additional Adeauacv Comments <br />1. The revision of Map 2.05.3(4)-2(a), to show the culvert near <br />the sediment pond is acceptable. The new table 2.05.3(4)(d)-7 is <br />acceptable, however, it will not be incorporated at this time as <br />there currently is a table with this same number, and the table of <br />contents has not been revised to show this new table. This minor <br />detail will be stipulated to be submitted by the end of July. <br />2. The clarification of the No. 1 East Area and the No. 2 East <br />Area has been noted on revised map 2.05.3(4)-2(a). <br />
